Rosell Meseguer

Rosell Meseguer (Orihuela, Spain 1976), holds a PhD in Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid. In 1997 he began working with alternative photographic processes, which would become the focus of his thesis and experimental formats in their artwork. «It all started with the descent into a mine in my childhood, a labyrinth of galleries. Those trips, they played from the salt to the shipyards have been the root of my attraction to the worlds of the subsoil and the coast environments, a tracker of remains and documents of the past». She currently teaches Introduction to Imaging Technologies 1 in the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cuenca. In her art projects is essential a type of nineteenth-century photographic processes and their combinations with digital techniques and other areas such as painting or installation.
