Fernando Godoy M. is an electronic engineer and graduate in music. Lives and works in Valparaiso.
His work uses various means and supports to investigate sound phenomena. Some of his areas of interest are the study of the soundscape, linking art / technology, acoustic phenomena and their relationship to the land and the perception of time. Their practices include live performances, installations, web projects, compositions and traditional development of electronic technologies.
Since 2008 he has been director of Tsonami Sound Art Festival, a platform for the dissemination and development of contemporary sound proposals.
